📋 Document Structure:
1️⃣ Sheet "Cash"
Main table accounting for cash and non-cash.
Columns:

Details for the column “Amount entered for the day”:
Inside this column, visually divide it into two halves:
cash (green shade)
non-cash (blue shade)
This can be implemented through 2 merged cells or formatting with colored background/text.
Clearly label in the header:
💵 Cash (green) and 💳 Non-cash (blue)
— so that the administrator understands immediately.
Design:
Pleasant color palette, in a clear style.
Cash balance at the very bottom of the table, highlighted prominently, with conditional formatting:
positive balance — Red
negative — Gray, dull.
At the bottom of the table, the following is also automatically calculated:
💵 Total cash income for the month (in green),
💳 Total non-cash income (in blue),
🧾 Total earnings cash/non-cash
Additionally:
It may be possible to hide the information by default for total earnings, cash, non-cash and expand it when necessary, leaving only the Cash balance visible.
Important: the balance value must be calculated automatically:
Balance = (previous balance + cash - withdrawn)
There should be an “initial balance” at the beginning of the month, so it does not need to be entered manually.
2️⃣ Sheet "Expenses"
Remains as is, only needs:
to be formatted in a unified style with the main sheet;
to add automatic calculation of total expenses for the month at the bottom;
expenses are not deducted from the cash register — they are simply recorded for information.
3️⃣ Automation
The number of rows (days) should automatically correspond to the number of days in the month.
When transitioning to a new month:
the old month automatically collapses or hides;
a new tab opens with the new month, the old one collapses (so it can be expanded and viewed at any time if necessary), if this is not possible, then just leave the month collapsing tabs as in the old sheet
4️⃣ Formulas and Logic
All calculations are automatic (balance, amounts, totals).
The administrator only enters:
the amount entered (cash, non-cash),
the amount withdrawn.
The balance is calculated automatically.
