Нужно через SendMessage() реализовать скролл мышью. Подробнее : на рабочем столе есть окно эмулятора bluestacks, окно эмулятора не в фокусе. курсор двигаться не должен. В запущенной игре функция должна отправить WM_LBUTTONDOWN, затем переместиться на другие координаты и отжать клавишу. В видео будет показано что должно произойти. Не знаю, как это реализовано в BlueStacks, но mouse dragging (WM_LBUTTONDOWN - WM_MOUSEMOVE - WM_LBUTTONUP) обычно делают через "захват мыши" (см., напр., SetCapture)
