HR Recruiter (LinkedIn Outreach) – Plumbing Field Supervisor Hiring | San Diego

We are a growing plumbing company based in San Diego, CA, and we need a skilled recruiter to help us find and hire a Field Supervisor.

This is not just posting jobs — we need someone who can actively search, analyze, and approach candidates on LinkedIn.

Your Main Responsibility:

Find and qualify a strong Field Supervisor candidate for a plumbing company.

What You Will Do:

• Search for candidates on LinkedIn

• Identify relevant profiles (plumbing, construction, field supervisors, foremen)

• Review experience and qualifications

• Reach out to candidates directly (cold outreach)

• Communicate with candidates and present our company opportunity

• Filter and shortlist the best candidates

• Coordinate initial communication before interview stage

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in recruiting (HR / talent sourcing / headhunting)

• Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing (this is critical)

• Ability to understand technical roles (construction/plumbing is a big plus)

• Good English communication skills

• Organized and proactive mindset

• 
  

Bonus (Huge Advantage):

• Experience hiring in the U.S.

• Experience in construction or trades (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

• Experience with outbound recruiting (not just job postings)
