My name is Natalia, and I represent a medical center. We currently have an advertisement running on Facebook, including one of the ad placements dedicated to a chronic disease — osteoarthritis.
Previously, the advertisement worked well with targeting; however, some time ago, the targeting option was automatically disabled, presumably due to Meta's restrictions on medical topics related to chronic conditions. Since the targeting was disabled, the effectiveness of the advertisement has sharply declined.
I need:
- To conduct an audit of the current advertising campaign related to osteoarthritis and explain why the targeting was disabled.
- To propose workable solutions on how to:
- navigate these restrictions within Facebook's rules;
- restore or adapt targeting to regain relevant traffic;
- change the format of information presentation if it helps maintain targeting (for example, focusing on symptoms, consequences, or lifestyle).
