We are looking for a freelancer to post job advertisements on websites
Project description:
Our company specializes in outsourcing employees to various sectors, such as HoReCa, logistics, manufacturing, and construction. We are looking for a freelancer who will handle the placement of our service advertisements on websites and job portals to increase the visibility of our offer.
Scope of tasks:
1. Finding appropriate job portals (in Poland and abroad, e.g., OLX, Gratka, Indeed, Facebook Marketplace).
2. Creating business accounts on selected platforms (if necessary).
3. Posting the provided advertisement text on selected sites.
4. Preparing a report with a list of sites where the advertisements were published.
Requirements:
• Familiarity with popular job portals and social media groups.
• Experience in working with advertisements and postings.
• Meticulousness and ability to create reports.
We offer:
• Payment for each published advertisement.
• Possibility of long-term cooperation in marketing and recruitment.

2. Gratka.pl
3. Facebook Marketplace and local groups.
4. LinkedIn (industry groups, company profile).
5. Pracuj.pl
6. Indeed.pl

8. No Fluff Jobs (if we are targeting technical industries).
9. Local portals for the regions where we operate.
Calculation of the number of sites and publications:
If we plan 20 advertisements on different platforms and in different regions, assuming that:
• Each platform has 3–5 local branches (e.g., OLX, Gratka).
• Social media requires posting in 5–10 groups.
Example:
• 10 job sites × 3 locations = 30 publications.
• 5 Facebook groups × 2 locations = 10 publications.
Total: 40 publications
