Проект был на реконструкции 1 год, после переработки стали отправлять письма, открываемость по той же базе значительно снизилась. Необходим опыт на глубинном уровне работы с доставляемостью.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email validation, mxtools, double-opt-in - все знаем, сделали. Не помогло пока.
Нужен опыт в крупных проектах с рассылками десятками тысяч в день.
Устроит как консультация так и услуга.
P.S За рекомендации типа - "пишите интересные письма и все получится" или "Значит людям не интересно" спасбо. Но я не о том.

1. Вы пишите, что снизилась открываемость. Но письма же доставлены, только не открыты. Верно?
2. Как собиралась база подписчиков?
3. Какие показатели после double opt-in?

За год база устарела, поэтому и показатели снизились. Надо провалидировать базу и работать над привлечением новых лидов
