Очевидно же что соотношение компонентов в рецепте не должно меняться.
Поэтому если мы берем в 2 раза больше молока, то и количество крупы точно так же должно возрасти в 2 раза, А НЕ R, как в задаче.

Я так скажу: решение задачи в коде очень простое, но оно вряд ли понравится тому укурку преподу, что ее Вам задал.
