Road safety armband

Hello. My project is about items for road safety. Our first product to test and that we need a prototype is : Armband with LED and optional future integration of GPS, etc. 

Project Deliverables Needed:

    1.    3D CAD Model

    •    Industry-standard formats (e.g., STEP, IGES, STL) with all components and parts included.

    •    An exploded view for clarity on assembly.

    •    Precise dimensions and tolerances for key areas.

    2.    2D Technical Drawings

    •    Multiple views (top, side, front) with detailed measurements.

    •    Section views for complex areas, such as LED integration.

    •    Annotations for material types, color codes, and fastening details.

    3.    Material and Component Specifications

    •    Detailed material list for each part, including reflective strips, waterproofing layer, Velcro, etc.

    •    Specifications for electronic components (LEDs, battery, switches) with brand, model, and any datasheets.

    4.    Assembly Instructions

    •    Step-by-step guide with visual aids.

    •    Any specific requirements to maintain flexibility and waterproofing.

    5.    Bill of Materials (BOM)

    •    Comprehensive list of parts and materials, including optional cost estimates if accessible.

    6.    Prototype Testing Requirements

    •    Instructions for testing functionality, durability, and water resistance.

    •    Defined acceptance criteria for quality assurance.

    7.    Logo and Branding Files

    •    High-resolution vector file of the logo.

    •    Placement guide, size, and color specifications for branding.

    8.    Compliance and Certification Requirements

    •    Documentation of adherence to European safety standards (e.g., CE marking, EN71, REACH).

    •    Any necessary waterproof and durability standards.

    9.    Surface Finish and Texturing Instructions

    •    Specifications for surface finishes, textures, and any aesthetic requirements for comfort.

    10.    Packaging and Labeling Requirements (if applicable)

    •    Simple packaging or label design for shipment, if needed.
