It is necessary to create a dashboard for the sales department of the online store.
Currently, there are 4 managers. They communicate with clients via direct messages and by phone.
Dashboard Goals
- Visualization of key metrics for assessing the performance of managers and the department (number of processed leads, number of calls, number of invoices issued, number of sales to new and separately to existing clients, average check, etc.)
- The ability to quickly identify problem areas (for example, low conversion or drop in managers' actions).
Required Filters:
- Time periods: day, week, month, quarter, year.
- Individual/overall analysis: the ability to view data for each manager separately or for the entire department.
- Comparison of periods: for example, the current week (month, year) against the previous one (individual, overall cut)
Technical Requirements:
- Ease of use for non-experts in Google Sheets (both in use and if something needs to be edited in the template - for example, to add a new metric over time without "breaking" all formulas. Also, the ability to quickly add new managers)
- Clarity and visualization (charts, graphs - but in moderation, so that the document is not overloaded)
- Absence of errors in formulas and correctness of data in generated reports (an obvious requirement - but I specifically emphasize that when accepting the completed task from the performer, I will pay special attention to this point)
We need a performer who:
- has already completed similar tasks and can show examples and offer their dashboard template, adapting it to our requirements (possibly indicating what other points we should pay attention to).
- can not only develop the dashboard but also assist with its implementation (instructions, training for managers).
