It is necessary to develop the UX/UI design of the website for managing finances of individual entrepreneurs.
The following work stages should be delivered:
1) Usability Heuristics (Conduct a heuristic analysis of 3 best competitors. The result of such a heuristic analysis is a report that allows understanding the scale of usability issues in the product and determining which of these problems need to be fixed first)
2) Stakeholder Interview (After receiving briefs from the client describing the high-level task, conduct an interview with the business to gather all details)
3) Competitor Analysis (Conduct competitor analysis to determine Points of parity and Points of difference, as well as to compare UI patterns.)
4) In-Depth Interviews (Develop a scenario for conducting in-depth interviews with users. Using information, issues, and initial hypotheses obtained from previous research. Conduct 1+5 in-depth interviews with relevant respondents. The result of this analysis should be detailed tables of quotes from each individual user, categorized into logical categories according to the logical blocks of information that emerged in the conversation)
5) Personas (Based on conducted interviews, formulate 1-3 personas representing the average type of potential user of the service you are working on. Initially, based on the report on user interviews, create empathy maps, and then based on them, create user personas. The result of this research should be cards with information about each type of users, indicating all characteristics that affect interaction with the client's product.)
6) Surveys and Questionnaire (Prepare questions for quantitative surveys to validate main hypotheses and insights formed based on previous research. Obtain a representative number of responses (>30). Analyze the data, draw conclusions, and prepare a report.)
7) Information Architecture (Create a diagram of the product's information architecture, showing all project pages and the content of each)
8) Prototyping Instruments (Analyze all previously obtained data and, based on them, create a clickable prototype that allows users to go through the main user scenarios in the product you are working on.)
9) User Testing (Check the prototype of the first project for bugs. Ensure that the scenario you want to test runs without any errors: all necessary elements are clickable, all links lead to the correct pages, etc.)
Conduct usability testing of the clickable prototype with 1+5 users.
Document the analyzed results in a report.)

11) Create UI according to Style Guide
