Development of an analytical dashboard in Excel
1. General information about the project
1.1. Project goal
Development of a dynamic analytical dashboard in Microsoft Excel aimed at transitioning from manual management of Excel files to an automated analytics system.
The system should provide:
automatic processing of data exports from CRM;
calculation of key performance indicators;
analysis of traffic sources;
analysis of product sales;
monitoring of economic indicators of marketing and sales.
The indicators should be updated automatically after uploading the current export from CRM.

2.1. Input data
The data source is an export from the CRM system (Excel / CSV format).
3. Module 1. Analysis of traffic sources
3.1. Purpose
Replacement of manual conversion calculations by traffic channels.
3.2. Functional requirements
3.2.1. Grouping
The report is formed by traffic sources (Source)
3.2.2. Indicators for each source
For each source, the following should be calculated:
Number of leads at each stage of the funnel:
New (New)
Qualified (Qualified)
Meeting (Meeting)
Payment (Won)
other stages according to CRM
Financial indicators:
Budget
Average check (AOV)
3.2.3. Conversion calculations
CR from New (New → stage X)
CR between stages (Stage → Stage)
4. Module 2. Product sales report (monthly)
4.1. Report goal
To obtain visual analytics of sales dynamics by products and months for: assessing seasonality, analyzing assortment effectiveness, planning marketing activities.
4.2. Report format
Tabular format with the following parameters:
Rows:
Product category
Product name
Columns:
Month (format MM.YYYY)
4.3. Indicators
For each product and month:
Number of units sold
Sales amount (optional)
Average check per product (optional)
Data aggregation is performed by the date of deal closure (Won).
5. Module 3. Dynamics of leads and funnel effectiveness
5.1. Purpose
Formation of a summary report on the quality of incoming traffic and the effectiveness of the sales department in monthly dynamics.
5.3. Mandatory indicators
For each month and each funnel:
Total number of applications
Total number of new leads.
Target applications - number of leads that passed qualification.
Number of payments
Number of closed deals (Won).
CR from all (New → Won)
CR from target (Qualified → Won)
6. Project result
As a result, a single Excel file should be created that:
automatically processes CRM exports;
calculates all key indicators;
ensures transparency of the funnel and business economics.
I would appreciate your offer for two options:
- without integration with CRM, there will simply be a separate table with the export from us, from which data needs to be pulled into three Google Sheets
- with integration with CRM
