The public organization "Foundation of Sustainable Changes" is looking for a specialist or a small team to provide communication design services for the organization.
Goal: create a basic brand book, define tone of voice, and prepare templates for social media and presentations (visual and textual).
These materials are part of our organizational development plan, which is submitted for a grant competition from ISAR Unity. The selection of the contractor is carried out within the framework of a preliminary tender, and a letter of readiness to cooperate will be part of our application.
Tasks:
• Create a brand book (colors, fonts, basic usage rules)
• Define tone of voice for social media communications and public materials
• Develop 3-4 visual content templates (Instagram, Facebook)
• Describe the application of style in presentations or internal documents (if needed)
Prepare templates for presentations (slides, presentation style, cover, structure).
Create a basic presentation about the NGO (6-8 slides), which can be adapted for pitches, grants, partners
Conditions:
• Start of cooperation after confirmation of funding (expected August–September 2025).
• Project budget up to 45,000 UAH, with the possibility to agree on scope and detail of work.
CLARIFICATION: we already have a logo, and we do not plan to change it.
Our task is to develop a brand book for the NGO, which will include:
• Description of fonts and colors (considering the existing logo),
• Tone of voice (how we communicate in the public space),
• Templates for social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook), presentations for speeches, etc.,
• Basic rules for visual design (how a presentation, flyer, banner, etc., should look).
The goal is to create a unified communication style for the organization to increase recognition.
