Это выполняют учетные программы, и лучше всего это делают решения семейства БАС: БАС МБ, БАС УТ, БАС КУП и др. в этих же программах есть собственные мощные средства построения диаграмм и графиков. Наши клиенты обычно отказываются от начальной идеи использовать MS Power Bi после ознакомления с возможностями визуализации аналитических отчетов по итогам деятельности. Все отчеты, которые Вы казали там есть. Графики легко может настраивать пользователь самостоятельно без участия программиста. Могу рассказать подробней и показать.
