Task Description: There is a completed project and a budget prepared in the AVK-5 program. It is necessary to professionally adjust the budget and reasonably align it with the specified final amount. Requirements: check the existing budget; adjust the scope of work, rates, materials, and other expenses within the project documentation; bring the total cost to the specified amount; maintain the logical consistency and correctness of all calculations; provide the final budget in AVK-5 format and PDF/Excel; if necessary, briefly explain which items were changed. Important: the budget must remain realistic, technically justified, and suitable for verification, without artificial or unjustified items.

Design a technological line with equipment selection and calculation of all premises. A working project for a wooden two-story frame with a total area of 144 sq m is required. The grid is located in a column layout of 6x6 meters. The ceiling height is 7.2 m. The purpose of the frame is for individual storage rooms. The load is 300 kg per m2.

A project for a stove is needed, with a layout for two floors. On the first floor, a solid fuel stove for large firewood, one meter long. On the second floor, either a stove or a fireplace with gas channels for heating the second floor. Between the floors, there is a reinforced concrete slab, hollow. Above the second floor, there is an attic. On the second floor, the stove should be plastered, while on the first floor, it can be without plaster.
