Development of a proprietary CRM system for Kermanych company, which specializes in vehicle rental.

The company specializes in renting out automotive vehicles and electric transport (electric scooters and electric bicycles). It is not a sharing system. Commercial and individual clients.

To organize the internal operations of the company, the development of a CRM system is required. Currently, the company operates on integrated Google Sheets.

The following functionality of the system is anticipated:
- to allow for tracking income and expenses, have a payment and debt calendar, the ability to generate reports for each vehicle, as well as foresee multiple levels of access (owner, administrator, investor, contractor).
- to provide the possibility of creating separate cards for each unit of equipment, which will display photos of the transport, current income and maintenance expenses.
- tracking clients with the indication of data from photo documents, etc.
- to generate a contract template with the client.

! The CRM system must be adapted for the possibility of further integration with a mobile application and website.
!! It should also have adapted SMS/Telegram notification tools to inform clients.
!!! The transfer of intellectual property rights to the product to the client. Work under the contract. 

Компанія спеціалізується на здачі в оренду автомобільних транспортних засобів та електротранспорту (електроскутерів та електровелосипедів). Не шерінгова система. Комерційні та індивідуальні клієнти.

Для організації внутрішньої роботи компанії потребується розробка CRM системи. На сьогоднішній день компанія працює на Google Sheets інтегрованих таблицях.

Передбачається наступний функціонал системи:
- дозволяти вести облік доходів та витрат, мати календар оплат та заборгованостей, можливість формувати звітність по кожному авто, а також передбачати декілька рівнів доступу (власник, адміністратор, інвестор, підрядник).
- передбачити можливість створення окремих карток по кожній одиниці техніки, в якій будуть відображені фотографії транспорту, актуальні доходи та витрати з обслуговування.
- облік клієнтів із зазначенням даних фото документів, тощо.
- формувати за зразком договір з клієнтом.

! CRM система повинна бути адаптована під можливості її подальшої інтеграції з мобільним застосунком та сайтом.
!! Також в неї повинні бути адаптовані інструменти смс/телеграм сповіщень, які б інформували клієнтів.
!!! Перехід інтелектуальних прав власності на продукт замовнику. Робота по договору.
