Доброго дня якщо чат-бот чи публічний канал, повідомлення будуть приходити не в роділі "бізнес" клієнтам? а то знаю, що там часто не читають повідомлення. + на скільки я знаю, там кожна ініціація розмови платна, чи я помиляюсь?

Так, все вірно. Там є абонентська плата і є плата за ініціювання повідомлень та час життя діалогу… вам потрібно формувати свою аудиторію підписників на Вайбер бот який би ви рекламували де завгодно і залучали в нього нових клієнтів - це є мета бо все інше то більше для розсилок і то є моменти…

Для нас важливо підтвердити замовлення через переписку, або, наприклад клієнт просить скинути реквізити на оплату на вайбер, або номер ттн сикнути на вайбер, короче різні моменти, але створення аудиторії і оплата за ініціювання нам не підійде, тому що буде досить дорого(
тому і шукаю способи, як по іншому реалізувати)

нажаль, якщо спілкування через бот, то повідомлення приходять в розділ бізнес, який не так часто читають + оплата за кожне повідомлення, це буде не рентабельно(

на скільки мені сказали спепціалісти, і тех підтримка вайбера, що не можна першому писати безлімітно, навіть використовуючи апі.
Що вайбер блокує, типу за розсилання спаму.

Якщо у вас саме бот - першим написати ви не зможете. Це єдина неприємність але є інші методи залучення клієнтів в бот для спілкування ;)

а нам потрібно, саме першому писати клієнту) в цьому і полягає задача) погодьтесь, коли клієнт просить скинути дані для передплати на вайбер, а ми його просимо для цього перейти по якомусь посилання, щоб потрапити до нас в бот, то люди у віці будуть дуже не задоволені і можуть просто побоятись цього робити. тому потрібен саме такий функціонал, як я описав вище, інших варіантів поки я не бачу) варіант бота розглядав раніше. але поки з того що я бачу, нам не підійде.

та і в сейлсдрайв можна, через сервіс https://e-chat.tech/ , але проблема що 1 номер коштує 30$ на місяць, і там так само ліміт від 7 до 20 повідомлень на день можна написати, так що це не допоможе(

КЕЙцрм ціна 25$ в місяць за 1 номер. і точно так само, всі ліміти є і цей номер можуть заблокувати. Тільки що узнав, тому пишу цю інформацію.
