Skills and Qualifications:
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information;
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling;
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers;
- Work with sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction if needed;
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information;
Requirements:
- experience 1.5 - 2 years
- English – advanced (both oral and written)
- typing skills should be over 45words per min;
Specifics of job:
Monday – Friday, from 16.00 pm-00.00pm
The company operates in the US market, so it's a good opportunity to work and receive a lot of experience with American customers in e-commerce.
