I understood the task: complete re-voicing of the video + sound design.
- The main voiceover text - a low male voice with bass, serious and emotional delivery (to "touch the soul").
- 4 additional phrases - in different voices (female, male, teenage) with tones of disgust, dissatisfaction, and "confrontation".
- Full sound design: mixing voices with music, atmospheric sounds for 4 scenes (playground, dentistry, office, warehouse), synchronization with movement in the frame.
I have experience in voiceover, working with multiple voices, and sound design (CapCut + professional tools). I can do both classic voiceover and use AI voices for more variety and quality.

As I understand, you need to re-voice the voiceover text, not the characters in the video?
I can do everything in one voice but with different manners (that is, reproducing a girl, a man, a woman, etc.). If that option works for you.
I have a young voice with a wide range and can reproduce various manners well. I can additionally record sample fragments for you to evaluate if I suit your needs. But I will do everything with quality emotions. I will also add liveliness to the main text, as the example indeed sounds very raw. I have participated in creating videos on social topics and have many acquaintances among IDPs, so the topic is very familiar to me.
Regarding sound design, I can add complete scene accompaniment. That is, not just "clinic sounds," but select sounds of jaw cleaning; sounds of a ball bouncing and nature in the background. And synchronize everything nicely.

Olexandr! Greetings! I read your specifications, I will attach an example of the author's voice. Regarding background sounds for each individual character, purely my subjective opinion - the time frame for each hero is too short to make separate background inserts. We can try, maybe it will look good somehow. If not, then just general background music of your choice.
