Данные отправляются каждые пол часа киловаттами, То есть данный датчик должен точь в точь отправлять значение со счетчика. Датчик должен быть, удобным в программном смысле, то есть при первым подключений мы должны суметь настроить WiFi количество импульсов на КиловаттЧас, и адрес веб сервера
