We formalize cooperation in the form of a contract from our company and an NDA.
We are a product business hub for startups and investors, acting as both a platform and an agency with different teams.
First stage of work:
- Currently, we are searching for a Head of Marketing and a partner who will help us initially close SEO/PPC and possibly targeting tasks for the project launch.
Second stage of work:
- Fine-tuning the model with full cooperation, as upon launch you become a partner, managing the advertising department of the company across 30 traffic sources.
- A complete set of personnel and management of the marketing department, earning net profit from orders in an agency format.
- From our side, we offer a complete organization of the legal framework of contracts from our company, further for contractors in the form of individuals and sole proprietorships.
- Training and assistance from experienced managers-mentors in narrow niches with over 10 years in organizing the entire structure for processes, tasks, economics, KPIs, control, and job descriptions.
Third stage:
- We take on sales and client accounting with full control of the legal and financial side in Arabic, English, Polish, Spanish, German, French.
- And you will fully develop and manage the marketing department, which will consist of more than 12 people in the second quarter of working with us, divided into two departments of the company.

Initial tasks for the project:
1) Setting up internal SEO based on the Rank Math Pro plugin, the AI part is already done.

2) Collecting semantics for 60 different topics (sections of the site) including titles, len (60), meta descriptions, len (160), main keywords.
3) Setting up an XML sitemap for all pages of the site.
4) Setting up products according to all SEO standards of WooCommerce, about 30 items.
5) Tagging all types of images, snippets, and alts.
6) Registering the domain in directories such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Seznam, Baidu, Yandex, Google My Business, Bing Places for Business, Yelp, Apple Maps, Facebook Business.
7) Registering and filling with mini articles with links in thematic directories related to website development and startups, advertising, businesses, startups; the list has about 80 items.
8) Finalizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush (Partially ready)
9) Writing about 10 articles for static pages of the site through our paid AI SEO services to boost SEO.
10) Setting up the Monster Insights Pro plugin with the goal of adding analytics to all buttons, including forms, to fully configure it.
20) Setting up the WP Advanced Ads Pro plugin and displaying 25 banners with creative writing for design on different pages of the site in the help and blog sections.
21) Setting up the Affiliate WP plugin with a full license; this is the partner network cabinet that works in conjunction with WooCommerce and Google Analytics.
22) Setting up the Master Popups plugin for popups on different pages of the site, about 15 items, and also creating a technical task for the designer and creative for internal services of the business hub for startups.
23) Writing a technical task for the content manager for 120 articles with keywords and meta in English.
24) Setting up Pixels from TikTok Ads, FB Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Promo
