Construction project management system
I am looking for an experienced Notion developer / Architect to implement a "turnkey" construction project management system. There is a ready Technical Assignment (TA) with a description of fields, formula logic, and relationship architecture. A quality technical implementation and UI/UX setup are needed.
What needs to be done:
Implement an ecosystem of 6 interconnected databases:
Work Schedule (Timeline/Gantt): Management of deadlines and stages.
Budget (Sub-items): Complex hierarchy of costs with automatic calculation of amounts (materials 100% / work 30% advance + 70% final).
Finance (Cash Flow):
Implementation of the “Chronological Waterfall” (Waterfall Logic): automatic distribution of actual receipts across planned payments in queue.
Calculation of % coverage (Coverage) and visualization with progress bars.
Material Delivery (Warehouse): Comparison of Plan/Fact, automatic detection of overruns and creation of requests for additional payment.
Quality Control (Acceptance): Checklists, blocking final payment in case of remarks.
Operational Dashboard: Consolidation of data from all databases (Daily Chronicle, Finance, Schedule) into a single interface (adaptation for Desktop and Mobile).
There are partially formed tables with records where you can view the direction in which the functionality needs to be fully implemented.
