Це посередник , і по опису видно що людина з цим не мала справи . Зробив ставку але з цього проекту не буде діла , згадайте мої слова - захочуть щоб зробили "повний" проект за 27 тисяч гривень . В потім ще й того не заплатять .
Замовники замовляйте проекти на пряму , в комунальних підприємствах вам будинок не запроектують тому що там працюють студенти і максимум вам можуть відсканувати ваш проект , приділять в фотошопі свої штампи і візьмуть гроші .
Людина яка працює за 15 тисяч гривень не може запроектувати нічого що має право на існування . без надії сподіваюсь .
