I have worked in cold calling for over 10 years, the most effective scripts were in a company selling businesses from China, I worked with them for a year and a half. I am currently on maternity leave, but I can take and redo everything for you.
The structure of the script should be as follows: greeting, identifying pain points (like a doctor's anamnesis. The client does not always acknowledge their pain, they do not understand, it is necessary to "poke it in their eyes"), diagnosis (the manager emphasizes the pain points, summarizing what hurts, INTENSIFYING THE PAINS), presentation of the service or product (but it should not be a full presentation, only mention what resolves the pain; the mistake of managers is that they dump the entire presentation on the client, which does not lead to a sale). After the presentation, we ask when they will buy. Working with objections is rarely needed if the pains are correctly identified, the intensification of pains is done, and the presentation is given only to address the pains. I want to say from their experience that correct identification of pains and needs and providing a solution is not something every manager can do. Therefore, I can write a very cool objection handling process.
