Marketing Analyst (part-time)
End-to-end analytics and unit economics for a single product — thermal underwear
About the project
We are launching a seasonal product — thermal underwear. A ready website with a size calculator and a sales funnel with upselling is in place. KeyCRM, UTM tags across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), and Google Analytics are set up. We just need to connect end-to-end analytics and IP telephony.
Tasks Connect end-to-end analytics: consolidate data from advertising accounts (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), KeyCRM, GA4, and call tracking/IP telephony into a single reporting system — independently, not just reading ready-made reports from accounts. Connect a call tracking service with built-in telephony (Ringostat, Binotel, Calltouch, or similar) and integrate calls with CRM and analytics (attribution of calls to deals/channels). Calculate unit economics for the funnel: CPL, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, marginal CAC based on price and cost of goods, conversion at each stage (landing → size calculator → upsell → payment). Build a dashboard (Looker Studio / Power BI) with key metrics by channels, updated in real-time. Audit contractors (marketing agencies, freelancers): check reporting and budget/CAC forecasts “with numbers in hand” — whether they are confirmed by real data from channels and seasonality. Requirements Middle level, 1–2 years of experience in digital analytics for e-commerce. Practical experience in independently consolidating end-to-end analytics (advertising accounts + CRM + GA4 + telephony in one system) — not just working with ready-made reports. Experience with call tracking services with built-in analytics (Ringostat, Binotel, Calltouch, or similar) — a significant advantage. Confident use of KeyCRM or similar CRM, GA4, UTM tagging. Confident calculation of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, margin, breakeven point. Experience in auditing/checking contractor reports — a plus. Confident in Excel/Google Sheets, plus — SQL. This role does not involve running advertising campaigns (targeting) — focus on analytics and independent evaluation of contractors. Collaboration format Part-time, remote — the scope of analytics for one product (size range of thermal underwear). Payment: hourly or per project — to be discussed in the interview. Start: by agreement, considering the seasonality of the product.
