Project Description (for posting)
We are looking for an SMM specialist to manage two Instagram pages for the OpenRate loyalty app (B2C and B2B).
About the Product
OpenRate is a loyalty app for cafes, restaurants, and bars. Guests scan their receipts, earn points (OpenCoins) and cashback, leave verified reviews, and spend points at partner establishments. We are launching in Almaty, by districts, in parallel with connecting establishments. The market is accustomed to QR codes and cashback (Kaspi, Rahmet) — our task is to take a place in this habit.
Task
Full management of two Instagram pages with different audiences and tone of voice:
1. B2C page (guests of establishments)Audience: people aged 18–35 who often eat out — "bargain hunters", food content creators, students.
- Reels with the flow "scan receipt → review → points", "how much I got back in a month"
- Reposts of UGC and video reviews from guests, section "Top places of the week"
- Gamification as content: leaderboards, ranks, "King of the week in Almaty"
- Geo-Stories for launch districts, announcements of double points and partner promotions
2. B2B page (owners and marketers of cafes/restaurants)Audience: owners of establishments and HoReCa marketers in Almaty.
- Case studies with numbers ("the coffee shop increased repeat visits by 22%") — social proof is more important than features
- ROI in the owner's language: tenge, receipts, repeat visits — not "reach"
- Content about pain points: fake reviews, dealing with negativity, retaining guests
- Behind-the-scenes of partner establishments, expert carousel posts, webinar announcements
What Needs to Be Done
- Content plan for a month for each page (to be agreed upon before starting).
- Production: 12–16 posts + 15–20 Stories + 6–8 Reels per month per page (volume to be discussed).
- Copywriting in Russian, adapting tone of voice for each audience.
- Design of posts within the brand guide (we will provide logo, corporate style, mascot).
- Editing Reels from our sources and UGC; filming brief is on you.
- Community management: responses to comments and direct messages (no sales — leads are passed to us).
- Monthly report: subscribers, reach, ER, saves, profile→install transitions (B2C) and profile→lead (B2B).
Collaboration Format
Trial month on both pages according to the agreed content plan. If the results are good — ongoing monthly management (from $500/month for both pages, final rate based on volume and experience).
Requirements
- Confirmed experience managing commercial Instagram accounts for at least 2 years, portfolio of live pages with links.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B content (or a strong case in at least one + understanding the difference).
- Strong Reels: scripts, editing, understanding of trends. Reels are our main format.
- Fluent Russian, ability to write in different tones of voice.
- Independence: you propose ideas yourself, rather than waiting for a brief for each post.
- Advantages: experience in HoReCa/food topics, knowledge of the Kazakhstan market, Kazakh language, experience in promoting mobile applications.
KPI We Work On
- Growth of live followers and reach (without artificial boosts).
- ER, saves, and reposts as indicators of content quality.
- B2C: profile→install transitions; B2C page is a showcase of UGC and gamification.
- B2B: pilot requests from profile and direct messages.
What We Provide
Brand materials (logo, corporate style, mascot), UGC library and sources, marketing strategy and audience segments (B2C and B2B worked out separately), access, quick responses regarding the product. Targeting is handled by a separate specialist — you focus on content.
