Даний виріб без залишання технологічних вставок звальцюється у великий багатогранник. Якщо хочете замки для стикування то їх треба зробити по обох краях від осі отворів так буде більш технологічно. В побудові не допоможу бо працю в Autodesk Inventor.

Какой зазор должен быть в пазле?
С делать плотно по нулям ( я так понял Вам надо для центровки) -не получится.
У вас сейчас зазор в стыке 1,73 мм - можно попробовать добиться зазора в пазле 0,75...0,5 на сторону.
Если устроит - могу попробовать.

Я посоветовала со сварщиком, сделаем зазор 2мм, если что, я потом изменю.

Да для стыковки, но нужен зазор для сварки. У меня вроде показывает зазор 0,42, а не 1,75. Или речь о другом?
