виходячи з опису, має бути програма, яка дозволяє шукати в БД дані.
як дані будуть попадати? Потрібно передбачити лише введення даних і редагування?
чи буде можливість «заливати» дані наприклад з excel чи можливо потрібно передбачити заливку даних через протокол xml чи json. А користувач лише шукатиме.
