Создать векторные картинки
Есть видео файлы с анимацией. С одного видео файла было нарезано 48 кадров (png растровых картинок). Сумарный вес картинок с одного файла около 27 Мб. Для уменьшения объёма (хотя бы до 5 Мб за 48 картинок) необходимо создать 48 векторных картинок кадров.
Пример картинок - первых 7-ми кадров прикреплены к проекту.

Могу сделать в векторе. По времени, если где-то в течении часа сможете скинуть все кадры (желательно в пнг), то сдам завтра во второй половине дня. Человеческий контур внутри тоже могу убрать (сделать прозрачным).

Задача, чтобы силуэт человека был прозрачным, точнее всё что не связанно с оттенками зелёного цвета на картинке было прозрачным, если бы jpg позволял такое, то тогда бы этот формат подошёл.

Нужно сделать именно кадры или видео тоже? -
Задача - уменьшить объём до 5 Мб и при этом не потерять сильно в качестве... По большому счёту это будет видео или картинки - не принципиально, но делать и видео и картинки не нужно.

Конвертация вашей картинки в векторные формиаты SVG и AI увеличивает а не уменьшает объемы файлов. Скачайте и убедись открыв https://yadi.sk/d/CBlCXBvs3K6yCQ файлы в Total Commander. Вышлите настоящий кадр для эксперимента в других программах.
