About the project
A construction company from Belgium is looking for an experienced outreach specialist to conduct a targeted cold email campaign. We have a ready list of ~135 decision-makers (CEOs, procurement managers, project directors) in Belgium and the Netherlands.
What needs to be done
1. Research for each account
— Find a relevant trigger: recent project, news, expansion, new executive, etc.
2. Copywriting
— Write personalized cold emails in English based on the research
— 20–30 top accounts: completely unique emails
— The remaining ~110 accounts: light personalization by industry/region/company type
3. Setting up the mailing (preferably)
— Set up an outreach tool (Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
— Set up sequences (3–5 touches per contact)
— Warm up the corporate domain
What we provide

Ideal candidate
— Experience in B2B cold email outreach (please show examples or results)
— Knowledge of tools: Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar
— Confident written English
— Understanding of the construction or development industry is a plus
— Experience working with the Belgian or Dutch market is a plus
