В вашем случае, можно пойти таким путем
1. Наличие сайта + кейсы (то есть нужно показать бизнесу как это позволит им больше зарабатывать. Можно заключить ряд договоров с крупными компаниями по сниженной цене, но чтобы они раскрыли цифры)
2. Фейсбук. Я часто вижу рекламу такого плана.
3. Сайт уже можно двигать Гугл реклама, Фейсбук, органика, крауд (если есть площадки для бизнеса)
