Arrange for the issuance of a Polish EORI number for our individual entrepreneur (if necessary) and open EX1 with only the invoice, packing list, and European status of the goods (without an import declaration from the Chinese). Possible nuances Many brokers are afraid to work without the initial import document (SAD) from the supplier and refuse immediately. It is necessary to look for higher-level agencies or brokers with experience working with non-resident warehouses who are willing to take responsibility for indirect representation. Criteria for task completion: A successful agreement with a specific Polish customs agency that has confirmed in writing its readiness to take this case under the described conditions, stated the cost, and with which the clearance process can begin.
