Hello! I propose the following stack:
Frontend: Next.js using a library for working with canvas or SVG. Ideally — React Flow or Konva.js. This will allow for smooth zoom and pan, like in graphic editors.

Automatic layout algorithms: Use of specialized libraries for graphs (for example, D3.js or Daikon). This is critical for meeting the requirement for automatic "spreading" of lines and obstacle avoidance.

Backend: Node.js (Server Actions) + Prisma for complex relational structures of individuals and marriages.

Database: PostgreSQL. It is best suited for storing deep tree-like relationships.

Interactive admin panel: Instead of dry table filling, I suggest implementing a Visual Editor directly on the tree — the "+" buttons next to each card will allow for instant addition of a child, spouse, or "out of wedlock" connection.
