1. Особисто мене не треба благати! Це ваш власний досвід. До мене він ніяк не відноситься!2. Я не хочу показувати матеріали щоб вони гуляли потім по інтернету. Оскільки це приватний проект, і речі які буде робити виконавець вони захищені NDA. Це питання буде проговорено персонально
3. Ваша ставка і гроші! Моя мета знайти виконавця високого рівня. Який перш за все професійно обговорить т.з. а вже потім ми будемо обговорювати вартість.
4. Особисто Я ніколи не вибираю виконавця за вартістю. Мені потрібен результат. Ви можете подивитися мою історію як замовника тут. 2. Виконавець має підписувати NDA? Якщо так, тоді приватність мені зрозуміла, але сам факт його наявності має бути в публічному описі проекту, щоб ті, кого не влаштовує така форма роботи, не робили марну ставку.

4. Не знаю, нащо цей пункт, я про вартість нічого не казав, бо знову ж таки - немає ТЗ.

Вам нужны самые опытные и с высоким рейтингом здесь - выбирайте в нужной категории с самым высоким рейтингом и предлагайте выбранным приватный проект, в котором не нужно публично описывать тех. задание.
Здесь же нужно сделать ставку, а для того, чтобы ее сделать - нужно понимать уровень сложности работы, чтобы хоть как-то стоимость сформулировать, которую потом уже обговаривать.
И последнее - для 3D печати не нужны чертежи, ну вот совсем вообще не нужны, а нужны только 3D модели, что совсем не одно и то же. Ошибку в задании еще понять можно, но Вы это же пишете в комментах, а это уже говорит о том, что в вопросе Вы не разбираетесь.
