Work nuances

1) Currently, we are still discussing and developing the design for the member portal (i.e., the personal account of the organization's members). We plan to create it on a subdomain with integration with CRM HubSpot and on a separate technology (not WordPress). This subdomain will mostly function as a separate entity, where certification and so on will take place. However, it (or the CRM directly) will also provide WordPress with an API, where there will be JSON with information that will be used in some months (do Ctrl-F in the documentation for “subdomain” or “JSON”). Therefore, within the framework of this project, it is necessary to prepare for this, for example, by storing the required information in static JSONs, or some other option.

2) This is a professional organization website. All key decisions are made by me (Serhiy), but the process is tied to many stakeholders with whom I build plans. Therefore, it is critically important for me to see at what stage of development we are. I am completely dissatisfied with the option where I just wait and see nothing until the last day.

Therefore, I would like to see a plan with implementation dates for each stage and after each stage to make a call or receive a video file with a demo (screencast) of what has been done and what is being done.

3) In various places in the documentation, you may encounter that I would like to see this or that element:

- how it is implemented with a convenient admin panel. In my understanding, this is something like a form with understandable input fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc., where a person without special knowledge can enter data;
- static. I understand this as meaning that editing will require knowledge of HTML, code, etc. - that is, complicated and accessible to a person who understands this.

I would like to see in your plan a proposal on how the above requirements can be implemented.

4) Integration of contact forms with CRM HubSpot is planned.

Next steps (IMPORTANT):

- I will choose three applications that I like the most;

- I will offer each of the three applicants a personal project for 1000 UAH - to create a work plan and have a half-hour call;
