Hello! I am the founder of HER ERA — a closed women's event club in Kyiv. We hold intimate evenings for girls aged 22–32: games, champagne, networking in a warm atmosphere. I am looking for a targetologist for ongoing collaboration.

What needs to be done:

— Set up and manage advertising on Facebook/Instagram Ads — Audience: girls aged 22–32, Kyiv, financially capable — Test creatives, scale what works — Weekly report: expenses / clicks / sales — Communication via Telegram

Payment terms:

Fixed: 4,000 UAH/month Percentage: 5% of each ticket sold through advertising traffic — fixed terms, non-negotiable

How much you can realistically earn:

Start — 2 events/month, ~8–12 girls: → 4,000 + ~1,200–2,100 UAH = ~5,200–6,100 UAH/month

Growth — 4 events/month, 16 girls, price from 1,990 UAH: → 4,000 + 6,368 UAH = ~10,300 UAH/month

The better the advertising works, the more you earn.

Requirements:

— Experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads (any niche) — In the first message — mandatory link to portfolio or cases — Applications without a portfolio will not be considered

Budget: 4,000 UAH/month + 5% from sales
