Technical translation of a PDF file from English to Russian (manual)

Good day!

Given: Manual for a container loader in the form of a PDF file with editable text (not an image) in English. The file can be converted to Word format without any issues, and separate PDF files for each chapter can also be provided. The file consists of 464 pages with approximately 80,000 words. A previous manual may be provided for accurate Russian terminology (copying large passages from it is unacceptable, as there were many revisions - solely for selecting accurate terms), a small selection of terms will be provided (with which misunderstandings were previously noted).

Required: Technical translation while maintaining the original format. Images and icons should be in the same position relative to the text and should not be pixelated, all elements should be present (images, text fields, inserted elements). The text should have a coherent structure and should be fully visible, not hidden behind margins, objects, overlapping with other text, etc., and the same applies to other file elements. 1 input page should result in 1 output page to preserve the table of contents and page structure (or the table of contents and page numbering may need to be adjusted). Headings in the table of contents should match the chapter headings in the body of the document.

Requirements for the performer: At least basic technical understanding is necessary to avoid blatant errors. The original file was in Italian, so there may be minor errors, such as OF instead of OFF; the performer must have a keen eye and patience to A: spot such errors B: have the patience not to mindlessly push everything into AI, but truly understand what is written and how to deal with it if something is incorrect.

Allowed: To maintain the format, manipulations such as changing the font, removing paragraph spacing, etc., are permitted (the main visual appearance should not be disrupted), but without removing any content. Questions can be asked to the client at ANY time; the client is only unavailable at night Central European Time (Berlin time zone) and has the necessary language skills to provide prompt and proper responses.

Why the work may not be accepted:
1. Blatant errors like throwing everything into AI, throwing something into Google Translate, cobbling it all together, and calling it good.
2. Presence of blatant errors in translation, unfinished sentences, etc., say more than 1 in 20 pages (rubber is rubber, work safely and securely).
3. Format violation (any reason)
4. Adopting possible errors or inaccuracies without consulting the client (read or didn't read at all / didn't understand, translated accordingly, and moved on)

The desired output is a Word file/files. With proper execution, subsequent orders are practically guaranteed.
