TikTok Content & Growth Manager for launching and developing a TikTok account
Launching and managing TikTok for a rental marketplace (strategy + content + community)
Tasks:
1. Account creation and setup - setting up a TikTok business account, avatar, design, selling bio, website link, basic visual identity of the channel.
2. Content strategy - positioning, content pillars for two audiences (landlords + tenants by categories), tone of voice.
3. Content plan - publication grid for the first month with topics, formats, and hypotheses (then monthly).
4. Video production - scripts/ideas, editing vertical videos, subtitles, working with trending sounds and formats.
5. Publication and management - regular posting according to an agreed schedule.
6. Trends, hashtags, sounds - monitoring and adapting current formats for the rental niche.
7. Community management - responding to comments and messages, basic moderation.
8. Funnels - content should lead to conversion.
9. Analytics and reporting - setting up reports based on metrics, hypotheses, and conclusions.
(Optional) TikTok Ads - setting up and managing paid promotion, if you have such experience.
KPI:
1. Website visits and applications/registrations - MAIN RESULT
2. Growth in traffic and activity in priority categories.
3. Subscribers and reach - secondary indicator.
Budget:
1. Test first month (launch + management): 10,000–15,000 UAH.
2. Then monthly management: 12,000–20,000 UAH/month for 15-20 videos (strategy + editing + management + reporting).
