нет, ему не по силам было вывести конечный результат всех итераций на экран, подвох отсутствует.

матрицу мы сразу в коде прописываем, файл нужен для того, что - бы понимать последовательность действий(по типу блок-схемы, но более развернуто расписан каждый шаг)
