Нужно хорошее знание испанского языка, от В2.
Что нужно будет делать:
- отвечать на вопросы пользователей в тикет-системе
- помогать пользователям сервиса разобраться с их проблемами
Никаких продаж. Только консультирование и помощь существующим клиентам, есть инструкции как что делать. Это часть по саппорту. Для понимания - сейчас обращений 5-8 в день. Будем делать рекламу, рассчитываем, будет по 40-60 обращений.
В те часы, когда не будет обращений, нужно делать:
- заказывать и принимать контент у копирайтеров
- редактировать контент
- писать контент
- найти информацию
Это не значит, что все 8 часов в день вы будете переводить, нет. У нас много работы с нейтивами, плюс редактура или что-то найти, что-то опубликовать. Это часть по контенту.

Работа удаленная, но фулл-тайм 5 дней в неделю по 8 часов.
