1) The purpose of the project was an adaptive chain, which implies an adequate display of the site on all devices.As a result, it turned out that Anatolia has no possibility to get his work directly from devices (for example, a smartphone, an iPad...)As a result, I had to be tested as a customer.It turned out that the work was done with a large number of bugs, which I was constantly catching and writing tickets on them.Sometimes he noticed for Anatoly that he was extremely not attentive to some details and it was a feeling as if he was doing the work "on a distance".As a result, the project was extended for more than a month after the specified delay, and I, as a customer, spent a lot of my time on fishing and testing.It is worth noting that Anatoly patiently closed the majority of the bugs, but the fact will remain a fact - it's not the customer's job, all the time to test the execution of the project on his devices and write tickets.2) Anatoly overestimated his abilities, or did not carefully evaluate the complexity and volume of work.In that task, I clearly described what to be done.As a result, Anatoly was unable to deal with some tasks.As a result, the project has not been completed and I will have to look for another executor to complete the project.I agree, each project has a degree of unpredictability, but the task of the execution is to carefully communicate with the customer, evaluate the project, and, accordingly, minimize this element of unpredictability.Unfortunately, Anatoly did not do that.In conclusion, the project was completed with a 90 percent interest, so it decided to pay Anatolia the full amount without arbitration.But to note to future customers: if you have tasks above the average level, talk in detail with Anatoly how he will deal with them.Also, clarify the moment with testing on different devices (therefore, read the text above).
