    JUCE и Qt - это всё-таки разные библиотеки. На каких платформах (Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.) приложение должно будет работать?

    Ну, и по текущей формулировке проекта не очень ясна трудоёмкость... что вы ожидаете увидеть в ставках, непонятно.
