From experience, I can say that deadlines and costs heavily depend on the quality of the source:
1. Sometimes the source initially contains bugs that need to be fixed - here the deadlines depend on the quantity and complexity of the bugs, on average 1-2 days.
2. Often projects are old - made in old versions of Unity, with outdated versions of plugins (purchases/advertising/analytics). In these cases, it is necessary to re-import plugins, sometimes fix the code.
When upgrading from old versions of Unity to new ones, additional errors may arise that will also need to be fixed.
… 3. Sometimes the architecture of the source is poorly built, and to add new mechanics or UI elements, refactoring is required.
