Знание Photoshop обязательно!
В наличии 4 заказа на веб-дизайн (3 сайта и 1 лендинг). Есть ТЗ и прототипы.
Соответственно:
1. Отбираем в белый список тех, с кем можно работать.
2. Детализируем задачи и согласовываем условия.
3. Предоставляем роботу и оплату.
Раньше сам имел дело с дизайном, поэтому с моей стороны адекватность и понимания специфики
