Нужно разработать БД и процедуру регулярного импорта данных в БД из Excel файла. К базе нужно разработать веб интерфейс с отображением содержимого базы и возможностью загрузки файлов на сервер с привязкой к записям в базе.
Доступ к веб интерфейсу по паролю.
Детальное ТЗ в приложенном файле.
Потребуется разработка бэкенда, фронтенда и настройка CI/CD в gitlab. Дизайн разрабатываться не будет, вам нужно предложить варианты готовых шаблонов под выбранный стек разработки.
