A market analysis of potential clients is required for a creative marketing agency that creates over 5,000 advertising creatives per month for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and other advertising platforms.
Project Goal To identify priority niches and specific companies that regularly need large volumes of advertising video content. The results of the research will be used to build the agency's sales strategy for the next six months.
Main Tasks The contractor must: identify 10–15 most promising niches; explain why each niche requires a large number of advertising creatives; identify the main advertising platforms and formats for each niche; find specific companies that actively use performance advertising; justify the selection of each company; determine which services the agency should offer them; create a priority list of companies for contact. Examples of current clients and additional information about the agency will be provided to the selected contractor separately.
Niche Analysis ( For each niche, it is necessary to specify (Niches should be divided into three categories: high, medium, and test priority.): main advertising platforms; need for vertical video, UGC, motion design, and AI creatives; frequency of ad updates; need for testing hooks, offers, and variations;
Company Search For each priority niche, it is necessary to find companies that: actively run ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or AppLovin; regularly update advertising creatives; operate in multiple countries or with several products; scale user acquisition; may need an external production partner. For each company, it is necessary to specify: website, country, niche, and main products; advertising platforms used; examples or confirmations of advertising activity; why the company needs a large volume of creatives; which service should be offered to them; approximate potential workload; contact priority; relevant decision-makers and links to LinkedIn.
Sources The research should be based on current and verified sources: Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google Ads Transparency Center, App Store, Google Play, LinkedIn, company websites, job postings, investment databases, and industry reports.
Priority geographies: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Eastern Europe.
Expected Outcome The contractor must provide: A brief analytical report with a ranking of niches. A table with 150–300 potential companies. A separate list of 30–50 companies for the first wave of contacts. Justification for the selection of each priority company. A recommended offer and personalized approach to contact. Recommendations for the order of testing niches over the next six months.
The main result of the project is a clear understanding of which niches to develop, which companies to contact first, whom exactly to write to, and which services to offer them.
