I am looking for a freelancer for comprehensive management of social media (Instagram and Facebook) for a clothing brand targeting an international audience. The tasks include creating a strategy and publishing content in English, managing targeted advertising, as well as writing copy for the website in English, German, French, and Chinese.
Main responsibilities:
1. Managing the brand's Instagram and Facebook accounts:
• Regularly publishing content on Instagram and Facebook, taking into account the specifics of each platform.
• Developing a content strategy for each platform, considering the international audience.
• Maintaining high activity on the accounts, including posts, stories, responses to comments, and messages.
• Preparing photo and video content (basic design skills are required or collaboration with a designer).
2. Copywriting for the website in 4 languages (English, German, French, and Chinese):
• Writing descriptions for photos and videos in four languages, considering localization and cultural specifics of each country.
• Translating materials, if necessary – creating content from scratch for each language version of the accounts.
• Ensuring high quality and accuracy of texts, adhering to brand style and meeting the requirements of the international audience.
3. Launching targeted advertising campaigns in the international market:
• Developing and setting up advertising campaigns on the Facebook Ads Manager platform targeting international markets.
• Operational monitoring of advertising results, adjusting campaign settings, optimizing costs, and increasing efficiency.
• Finding and analyzing the best target audiences for the brand in different regions.
• Developing creative materials for advertising (texts, graphics, videos) according to the brand's strategic goals.
4. Analyzing results and reporting:
• Maintaining regular reporting on campaign results, follower growth, engagement, and sales.
• Analyzing metrics and improving the content strategy based on the data obtained.
• Using Facebook and Instagram analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
5. Developing a strategy for interacting with followers:
• Responding to comments and messages from followers.
• Organizing contests, polls, promotions to attract new followers and increase loyalty among existing ones.
• Collaborating with influencers and brand partners to increase reach.
Candidate requirements:
• High proficiency in English, German, French, and Chinese or chat GPT.
• Experience managing social media accounts, especially for international brands.
• Experience setting up and launching targeted advertising in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
• Knowledge of content localization principles and adapting strategies to different cultures and markets.
• Copywriting skills and proofreading texts for accuracy and brand compliance.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other platform analytics tools for monitoring campaigns.
• Experience working with international brands and the ability to work with multilingual teams is preferred.
