30 USDWe are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Business Manager from Ukraine to support our company (Ovanap) with daily operations. The role requires 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
Candidate search and communication via local job platforms (e.g., Work.ua, Rabota.ua, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintaining and updating our CRM (Zoho) and project management tools (Asana).
Coordinating small tasks and following up with team members.
Preparing simple reports and summaries for management.
Assisting with other administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Located in Ukraine.
Good English (minimum B2) for communication.
Experience as VA, HR assistant, or business manager.
Familiarity with CRM / Asana (or willingness to learn quickly).
Access to or experience with Ukrainian job platforms is a strong advantage.
