Implementation of Monday.com
CRM setup in Monday.com for three business directions
Objective:
Develop an efficient and scalable CRM system based on Monday.com to manage three main business areas:
- Event organization
- Marketing services (both one-time and subscription-based)
- Photography (one-time and regular shoots)
Full scope of tasks:
- Setting up three separate sales funnels
For each area — individual set of stages and deal management logic. - Configuring automations
Includes:- Reminders if the client does not respond
- Automatic task creation (e.g., contract pending, materials need to be sent, etc.)
- Tag system (e.g., "Regular client", "No response")
- Handling “silent” or “cold” clients
Adding stages or tags “No answer” / “Client not responding”, with the possibility of automatically assigning follow-up tasks after a specified period. - Supporting subscription model
- Marks/tags “Regular client”
- Templates for recurring tasks (monthly shoots, reports, renewals, etc.)
- User roles and scalability
- The system provides two roles: Administrator and Manager
- Currently, one manager is active
- It should be easy to add new managers in the future with similar access and task structure
- Lead source tracking
Adding a field for manual indication of lead source (WhatsApp, call, email, etc.)
Currently, WhatsApp and telephony are connected automatically — manual input is not required - Telephony integration
- Using the current telephony panel
- The CRM should be ready for integration with Aircall or another suitable system
- Ability to link calls to client/deal cards
- Call logging, creating tasks based on results (e.g., missed call — schedule a callback)
- Analytics support
An analytical dashboard is not required at this stage, but the system should be built with the possibility to easily add analytics in the future (by funnels, efficiency, lost deals, etc.)
