Project Description
We are looking for an experienced system administrator or technical IT specialist to set up,
optimize, and provide initial training for the team in working with CRM Kommo (ex. amoCRM).
The goal is to fully implement the CRM system Kommo for working with clients, integrations,
analytics, auto-funnels, and a unified messenger. We expect both technical implementation and
support during the initial phase.
Tasks
1. Setting up Kommo (amoCRM):
- Establish CRM structure: funnels, stages, fields, cards.
- Organize access rights and roles for the team.
- Connect corporate email and telephony (if needed).
- Connect and configure the unified messenger (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp).
2. Integrations and automation:
- Connect Kommo to Meta Business Suite, Meta Conversion API.
- Implement basic auto-funnels (applications, sales, re-contact).
- Integrate GoHighLevel.
- Configure connections via Webhook/API, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or custom scripts.
3. Analytics:
- Connect Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, Facebook Conversion API, Binom Tracker (if needed).
4. Creating landing pages:
- Create a basic landing page (Tilda, Webflow, GHL, or HTML) and connect it to CRM.
5. Documentation and training:
- User instructions for CRM + Zoom/Meet session (30–60 minutes).Technical Task: Implementation and setup of CRM Kommo
6. Support:
- Technical support for 7–14 days after deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with CRM Kommo or amoCRM.
- Knowledge of Meta Conversion API, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Binom.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, messengers, and trackers.
- Understanding of UTM, API, Webhook.
- English — preferred.
