Filling products on OpenCart

To start with, I would like to update 50 items
which have more than 5 pieces in stock. The items for sale are summer fishing rods, reels, and plasticine.
Need to add descriptions, update photos (add photos).
I was connected to export from OpenCart to Prom - I want to try selling on Prom.
And make sure that these 50 items are exported to Prom (because out of 1163 items, it exports 740 to Prom, as far as I understand, the remaining 423 are not exported due to zero stock).
Updating the product by barcode is done as follows:
Program on the work PC (OPSURT) - OpenCart - Prom.
Theme - fishing tackle store (the person should understand this).
